McGuigan House

McGuigan House is a beautifully restored Hunter Valley estate, originally built in the 1980s as the private residence of Brian and Fay McGuigan, part of one of Australia’s most respected winemaking families. Set among the vineyards of Pokolbin with sweeping views of the Brokenback Ranges, the home reflects the region’s rich wine heritage and enduring family legacy.

Now reimagined as a refined blend of rural charm and modern luxury, this six-bedroom estate offers a timeless setting for accommodation, weddings, and private events. Originally designed as a private escape, McGuigan House retains its warmth and character while delivering a premium guest experience. Mable Projects worked closely with Luke and Meg Berry to create a beautiful space that not only elevates the estate but also pays homage to the rich history of McGuigan House.

Inside, interiors by Coco Republic bring a sense of sophistication and calm. Expansive living spaces open onto landscaped gardens and alfresco areas, designed for both hosting and unwinding. Every detail has been carefully considered, creating a space to be enjoyed and to host many memorable events.
