We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenters to join our team. This role will involve working on a variety of custom residential projects, contributing to the successful execution of all construction phases with precision and professionalism.

Carpentry & Site Work

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cladding, decking, roofing, and finishing work.

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and team members to ensure timely project completion.

Site Coordination

• Assist with managing the worksite and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment.

• Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that tools and materials are readily available.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect work regularly to ensure it aligns with quality standards and the client’s expectations.

• Address any potential issues proactively and escalate as needed.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe working environment.

• Maintain compliance with building codes and company standards.

• Assist with any required documentation, including safety audits and reporting.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and resolve any on-site challenges.

• Regularly update supervisors and team members on progress and project developments.

• Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a carpenter in a similar environment.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

• WH&S Induction White Card.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A positive and proactive attitude toward tasks and team collaboration.
