We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenters to join our team. This role will involve working on a variety of custom residential projects, contributing to the successful execution of all construction phases with precision and professionalism.

Carpentry & Site Work
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cladding, decking, roofing, and finishing work.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project specifications.
Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and team members to ensure timely project completion.
Site Coordination
Assist with managing the worksite and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that tools and materials are readily available.
Quality Assurance
Inspect work regularly to ensure it aligns with quality standards and the client’s expectations.
Address any potential issues proactively and escalate as needed.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain compliance with building codes and company standards.
Assist with any required documentation, including safety audits and reporting.
Collaboration & Communication
Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and resolve any on-site challenges.
Regularly update supervisors and team members on progress and project developments.

Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a carpenter in a similar environment.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
WH&S Induction White Card.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and proactive attitude toward tasks and team collaboration.
