  • Mable Projects crafts homes, renovations, restorations and custom additions across the New England, Hunter Valley, Hawkesbury and wider Sydney regions. 

  • This isn’t just a process. It’s a partnership. Every project follows our six-step approach, calm, considered, and clear from start to finish.

    1. Application – Values and vision are shared up front

    3. Design – Concepts are developed with budget and buildability in mind

    4. Pricing – Estimates are detailed and transparent

    5. Contract – Terms are clear, mutual and trusted

    6. Build – Execution is held to the highest standard, with consistent updates and a respectful site

    This structure allows for quality outcomes and a process that feels steady and supported throughout.

  • Plans are not required to begin. Mable works with clients at any stage, whether it’s shaping an idea from scratch or bringing an existing set of drawings to life with precision and care. Design can be developed in-house or in partnership with your preferred Architect or Building Designer.

  • We sit down and talk through your goals, site, and brief. It’s about building a relationship and making sure we’re aligned — not just on budget, but on values, communication, and expectations. If there’s a good fit, we move forward together.

    The first meeting is about understanding the full picture - values, site, scope and expectations. This ensures both sides are aligned before committing to the next stage. It’s a conversation, not a pitch, built on honesty and mutual respect.

  • We start with a Qualifying Budget Estimate (QBE),  this is a feasibility study of your concept plans to immediately identify if your vision and budget are aligned. Once aligned, we progress to a Preliminary Build Estimate and then a Final Build Estimate. A three staged pricing approach ensures you know what you’re paying for and why – no grey areas, no surprises.

  • Our contracts are either cost-plus or fixed-priced, depending on your desires. We walk you through every section so you understand exactly what you’re agreeing to — and why. Once signed, we schedule your build and get underway with full confidence on both sides.

  • This is where your plans come to life. You’ll get regular fortnightly updates, clear timelines, and a site that’s managed with care and respect. You’ll have full and transparent access to our building software, which will have site dairies, timesheets and all communication. Our team treats every home as if it were our own, built to endure, built with intention.

  • Yes - we’re experienced in managing the approval process and can guide you through the documentation and coordination with local authorities. It’s all part of making the journey smoother.

  • We’re Passivhaus certified and passionate about high-performance buildings. Whether you’re aiming for full certification or simply want a more comfortable, low-energy home, we’ll help you make choices that suit your goals, lifestyle, and climate.
